Our recharter season is now in full swing. The online recharter system is now open for your use.
Our district turn-in night will be on Tuesday, December 10 from 7:00 to 8:30, and we will have pizza to sustain your strength and mine!
There are a few things to remember when completing your charter to avoid any delays or problems.
- Each time you log into the system to click the update button to assure any information from the BSA database is added.
- Print a roster for your review before clicking submit to the Council.
- Be sure to have any applications or YPT certificates listed on the cover sheet or noted in the charter.
- It is highly recommended to attend the Turn-in meeting.
If you have questions or wish to arrange another turn in date, or if you do not yet have your packet, please contact District Commissioner, Joe Goodwin at firstname.lastname@example.org!
In an effort to plan Webelos Woods we are asking that all Webelos and Bear leaders, parents and Cubmasters complete this survey so we can better serve you. I will take about two minutes and is important to us.
Thanks in advance!

Troops: Scoutmasters, this event is a fabulous recruitment opportunity. It exposes the Webelos Scouts of B-P District to Boy Scouting and your Troop. Troops should arrive NO EARLIER than 5 p.m. to set-up. Activities should be led by the youth of your troop. Set up time is non-negotiable.
Webelos: Please plan to bring your Webelos at 7:00 p.m.. This event allows one-on-one contact with the Scoutmasters and the Troops of B-P District. Your Webelos will meet and interact with Boy Scouts from the various Troops and discover, through the Scouts’ activities, the wondrous adventures that await them in Scouting.
No power, no water, and no facilities. Please park in church parking lot.
For more information, or if you would like to help, please contact Liz Muskrat at email@example.com.
